You accept the offer letter and pay the initial fee for admission. In Australia you do not need to pay full tuition fees upfront. You will need to pay a portion of full course fee for your admission which is refundable as per school’s refund policy in the event of visa refusal.

Statement of purpose
GTE (GENUINE TEMPORARY ENTRANT) (Mandatory)
Every applicant of student visa must provide GTE statement and supporting documents to satisfy department of home affairs that they are genuine temporary entrant and will return to home country after completion of their studies.
GTE Supporting Documents:
Assets & Properties documents (Yours or Family’s)
Future job prospect
Family ties in home country
Any other financial ties in home country
ENGLISH REQUIREMNTS: (IF APPLICABLE)
There are 2 types of English requirements:
Admission English requirement (Depends on the course entry requirements and education provider’s requirements)
Visa English requirements (Usually IELTS 5.5 or equivalent)
This is not applicable to all applicants. We will advise you whether you need to provide this or not.
You need to show funds for your study and stay in Australia. This fund can be in your bank account or in your family member’s bank account.
What you need to show:
sufficient funds to cover your travel costs and 12 months of living and tuition fees for you and your accompanying family members and school costs for any school
evidence that your spouse or parents are willing to support you and they have an annual income of at least AUD 60,000 for single students or at least AUD 70,000 for students that are accompanied by family members
How much fund is required?
Calculation of fund required for sponsorship:
1st year tuition fees + Living cost
As of October 2019 the 12-month living costs are;
For students or guardians - AUD$21,041
For partners coming with you - AUD$7,362
For a child coming with you - AUD$3,152
plus Air fare (Approximately $2000)
Financial Evidence: (IF APPLICABLE)
Health Insurance: (MENDATORY)
We will suggest, quote, and assist you to purchase OSHC
You and your accompanying family members must have and maintain adequate health insurance for the whole of your stay in Australia. We will provide free of cost assistance to choose and purchase the appropriate OSHC cover for your student visa.
OSHC is refundable as per Insurance provider’s refund policy in the event of visa refusal.
VISA APPLICATION: (MANDETORY)
Your visa application will be prepared and lodged by our registered migration agent in Sydney head office.
HEALTH EXAMINATION: (IF APPLICABLE)
After visa application lodgment you need to do health examination for visa from nominated visa medical test centers
